As you can see, the Belgian pilot tender 'Ravelingen' is passing us by. According to maritime rules, she (as boats/ships are female) has changed her course in order to avoid a collision.
This image was taken on the Western Scheldt river where it flows into the North Sea.

I suppose that my narrative wasn't clear to everyone.
We were sailing at the Western Scheldt river to open waters, being the North Sea (to the right side of the picture). The Belgian pilot tender 'Ravelingen' approached us at fast speed to our port side, and had to give way to us. In order to do, she made a starboard turn so passing us safely at our stern. This avoiding a collision action was captured by me.
