I was trying to take a picture of some ducks when I came across this guy. At first I thought it was a beaver but it has a long tail. If anyone knows what it is, please let me know. Thanks for having a look.

Don, the people saying that this is a muskrat are right. In our country we call them 'water rabbit' as well. Although it are beautiful and intelligent animals, they pose to us (the people of the Netherland) a great threat as they are digging big holes in our dykes. As the people in Holland are protected against the sea by dykes because the biggest part of Holland is below sea level, we have really no choice, so we must, how pity that is, fight against them. I'm 18 and don't travel much. But I tend to bring my camera around just to catch what sticks out from my everyday goings.
