San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, one of the most beautiful places in the Basque Country, it is a mass of rock that is a part of the coast itself and that has a hermitage on its peak. We must go up 231 rock carved steps in order to get to the latter and enjoy splendid views .

I still remember the former image you submitted here and this one is also beautiful. The sky is perfect, the clearness of water is great and the foreground shows the way to the highest point where the little chapel stands. Nicely done, Eder.

This must have a beautiful view. Who gets to live with such surroundings? By the way a very good picture. Nice framing and colors.

Oh my. There's my blue water. It's beautiful. I can detail down into the water. And oh y gosh, there's my house up on top of the ridge. can you imagine the constant view that is available up there? Unreal. The nerve of those people to build up there. So what if a tidal wave comes in. Wow. I'll bet they don't forget the quart of milk at the market!

Eder, your photo is spectacular! Sharp focus, interesting composition and very pleasing image! It almost looks like a hand reaching out into the water. Thanks for sharing it! - Patty

Everybody has said what I wanted to say in terms of compliments. Gorgeous. Funny, this spot reminds me of another one, Percé in Gaspésie in Québec, Canada, except the landscape is bleaker and there is only one hole in the rock.
