This male Downy Woodpecker was enjoying the sunny day, after we had 8 inches of snow yesterday.

Nice photo and he looks like he's thinking, "It's impolite to watch someone eat." Then again be might be burping. Whatever you captured him in a pensive pose. Excellent post.
