Wow, I do not beleive I have ever seen one in bloom. It is quite beautiful. Or is that the skill of the photographer? Either way, I learned something from you post today.
I have drank drinks and tea from this fruit but I've never seen actual pomegranate blossoms - they are beautiful! Lovely capture too with the orange/red flowers contrasting very well against the green surrounding.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
See that 1/1250 was sufficient to compensate the windy conditions, Tanju.
You've captured reality, but at first sight I thought that I was viewing a still life painting of an old master.
My compliments for capturing this splendid image in such a professional way.
Regards, Cornelius.
