And..
If a true trillium, as I am not sure myself, they take some time to come into bloom.
My province's flower (Ontario, Canada) is the trillium. And they are protected for just the reason mentioned.. as it takes up to eleven.. count'em ... eleven (11) years for the flower to emerge.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
