.....another tree which caught my eye when walking around Monsal Head and Wye Valley - with its branches spread wide and the ivy growing thickly up the trunk!
the surroundings were no way boring Chris - see my next upload. ;) I took this photograph walking down the little path from Monsal Head looking towards the viaduct and the viaduct itself. :)

Lovely tree, super repeat super framing. I like the relaxing colors and the "empty" space of this one---it answers what I am seeking right now...a little respite after the Christmas holiday.
Very nice I love Ivy when I can find it. I'm a little mixed about the frame...don't know if I like it or not...but then it doesn't really matter if I did or not cuz you already did it so that settles that.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Excellent Patti,
I like this. I wasn't going to save it but it kept pulling me back to it for second and third looks.. Finally, I said to myself, this will make a nice desktop and look at all that space for icons.. Pus, it is different. This is one frame I like and the color I find very pleasing. Well done.

I really like how you've presented this Patti. The tree is beautiful and really stands out from the dried grasses. Your framing is superb here. Excellent post and will be my desktop for a few days I'm sure!
Hmm...It"s very old tree,i think.Thank you for you "eagle eye",Patti, that you found such interesting "model".Very nice and simply composited!I like the frame - mother nature has many faces- this one is soft and delicate- so the frame works well on it!
