......how could it be? Whoever decided to build the hunting lodge, known as 'The Cage' at Lyme Park in Cheshire was no fool! I could quite easily live here with such amazing views in all directions. This is continuing along the path and looking back to where we have just come from and I am definitely on my own now. They are probably all at the pub! lol!

It's looks like someone might still be at the little hunting shack. lol Great view and the patches of snow add to scene. Looks like a place the wind blows a lot and very hard. This walk is very enjoyable Patti. Wait a minute, must tie my shoe.

Yeah, I could live there too. No nosey neighbors. LOL. That lodge looks lonely. Beautiful setting for it though. I bet there are plenty of thirst quenchers inside, so that's probably where everybody is. Another beauty, Patti.

Patti, That building which i remember from an earlier post is so lonely looking but man what a view you have there. It just adds to the beauty of it all. Like the hint of snow and the textures captured in the grass. Oh I can't forget the sky it's most lovely with those colors. ♥:)sandi♥

The "cage" looks like a castle from where you're standing. Gorgeous view!

No, we're hiding in those trees over there trying to get our breath back before we pick up the pace with you again. Folly? Like you say, how could it be! It does look like the keep of a castle though this place, very imposing in the landscape.

No, it's no folly, but I think it's gonna be the place you lot will need to hire out after your get together! Just think of the rave you lot could have with your cameras and after a few tipples!!!

I like the composition on this one Patti, and the distance you have used in this one gives the picture a sense of real isolation and loneliness. Nice work!
