A grasshopper I saw this morning while doing some much needed raking in my yard. I loved this pose it was showing off and wanted to share with you. Hope you enjoy!

A fantastic capture Eileen ~ the detail is amazing as well as the lighting. Looks like the grasshopper is showing off a bit ~ I just love that pose.

Looks like he's getting ready to take off or pounce. Great detailed photo. What are you doing raking leaves on Thanksgiving when you could be in the house watching football? lol. It's so green, but I forgot you reside in the Carolinas. Good post Eileen.
