I spotted this house atop the mountains in NC and just had to stop and take a photo of it. I stood here for several moments just imagining what it would be like to live here and wake up to this gorgeous view every day. What a "Dream House" this would be for me. Hope you enjoy the view!. Thanks in advance for all views and comments.

This a a great shot Eileen. Love the vastness of everything with a home stuck in the middle of nowhere. It's a pretty big house but the area makes it look small. Great angle and positioning of house in photo. Lots of mystery surrounds this with the mountain fog. It would be a dream house Eileen.

wow! that is some vantage point Eileen. On a clear day it must be amazing! Nice capture - it looks like they are living in the clouds!

What an amazing view those people must have. I wouldn't want to mow the yard, though. LOL. Great shot.

Wow! Good thing NC doesn't get much snow! And you must have been up quite high yourself to capture this view. Yes, I would love to imagine it too, Eileen. Some folks have loftier ideas than others (and more $$ too)! lol Thanks for showing us this really neat landscape.

Um, boy, I don't know...the weather up there might not be all that pleasant but when it is, the view has to be out of sight. I would love to see the driveway going up to that place. Great capture.

Now that would be my "dream house" ... all nestled on a mountain top. A fantastic capture Eileen ... I really love the dreamy fog in the background too.

Well,it might be a dream house, but when the Winter winds hit, I wouldn't want to be there. And snow....when ya can't even get off that lil' ol' hill!! heehee But as to your photo, this is fantastic. A most lovely shot, I especially like the fog in the background...really nice stuff. Verena

Do not wait; the time will never be "just right."Start where you are and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.
