My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Another good image filled with detail. I'm guessing the tide here is quite high, since the grounded boats in the foreground are quite a ways from the water's edge. I can see the darker soil of the water line in the slope in the bottom left of center, indicating just how high the water gets. Plus, because there's people walking around among the boats, one even sitting down, the bottom of the inlet must be fairly covered with gravel, else they'd be all mucked up with mud. I like a photo that makes me study it and think about what I'm seeing. Very nice series. A pity you're not getting more comments on these; they deserve it.
