This shot was taken about three weeks ago,the frost as still not it hard enough to kill them off up to now.Lot of flowers are still showing still in the garden it as been so mild this year.
A nicely composed capture, Roger. Good clarity, colours, details and lighting in the photo. Very nicely done. I don't think I've seen a flower in the past three months, let alone three weeks.
Well Roger you done it now.........well alright then here we go its a very lovely sweet pink coloring kinda a fluffy well see what you done your a guy I am not supposed to say stuff like that to a guy..... ;0).
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Strong vibrant colors and crisp focus really make this photo. The proportions of the framing detract a bit from the photo's strength because it is close to being square but it's not. I believe a truly square, or decisively rectangular, frame would remove the slight discomfort caused by the almost-but-not-quite effect. The highlights of the shiny parts add positive punch.
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
