Looks a bit like St.Ives?..You did a terrific job here..the 'lectric streaks throught the ocean is eye catching..a nice touch of HDR pulls the details into sharp focus!...

Excellent playing, Roger...the boats, water color, and architecture already made this a very interesting scene but your post work has really brought out the details and added a sense of excitement and drama...a fave for me.
