My title would be in any case: "Frozen in time". I do not detect too much electricity here to electrocute a fly, but charming quality of still life [life made to look as if still] pictured for posterity or so.
Like this experimenting, dear Roger.

Very good manipulation and filter work Roger. It looks more like an impressionistic painting than an abstract to me. At any rate it is a save for me.

Verrrry nicely done mate!...I didn't know Leicester had a sea front!!...LOL ☺

Looks a bit like St.Ives?..You did a terrific job here..the 'lectric streaks throught the ocean is eye catching..a nice touch of HDR pulls the details into sharp focus!...

I like it! and Faved!..

Excellent playing, Roger...the boats, water color, and architecture already made this a very interesting scene but your post work has really brought out the details and added a sense of excitement and drama...a fave for me.

You might want to stay out of the water until the blue algae bloom dies off. A good view of the harbour and town, Roger. Great post work manipulation of the photo.
