Thank you to everyone who left all those compliments on my last upload, I didn't expect such a response. :o)

I wanted to title this upload Down to the river but as this is a new bird to my gallery I decided to use their name instead.

These ducks can be seen around Florida, & Texas but they prefer Central, & South America. It just goes to show how special the WWT Slimbridge is.

A lot of the birds over there look like punk rockers to me. Get a load of this guys hair-do. I guess he's a punk whistler, huh? Wonderful shot, Phil. Very nice.

What's with the mutant ducks lately. I think there is a mad scientist doing some weird experimentation on the ducks. Whistlers mothers ducks. Wow. Good work Phlossie.

What a fabulous looking duck. It looks as if its head and body don't belong together. It's fabulous. You really do come into your own when photographing waterfowl.
