EJ / 100k_xle has generously sent me a series of unprocessed photographs for me to edit, & upload, as I've been unable to take any photos myself recently.

I'm told this is a 12 foot Gator, & he only got so close because it's blind in the left eye. Here's a special link for you EJ that I hope will bring a wry smile to your face. (o:

Phil, His close up is superb and combined with your editing, well my friend - this is superb. I do wonder what could have happened to the gator's eye? It's nice to see some of E.J.'s images once again, but I have been enjoying the collages very much. ♪ ♫ :)sandi♪ =^..^=

I wouldn't believe that story from EJ. The truth is, he and the gator were up all night drinking, and that's why the eye looks like that. Nice work on the picture.

Talk about "keeping an eye out for you!" Great editing of EJ's fine shot Phlossie. I hope nothing is seriously wrong that you can't get out. I will look forward to more.

A great edit job on this one eyed wonder, Phil. I'd still be leary of getting close. I've been blind in one eye all my life and there's not much that slips by me. Great post and thanks to E.J.

Good shot of the gator. I am not sure I would have trusted my luck to a blind eye. With my luck I would have found a gator with a sense of smell. LOL.

Will you edit my posts too, Phil? I could use the help
cause I'm doing a lousy job. lol Well done job here and I was wondering why gators have red eyes until I read the comments. Actually, I knew they weren't red, but I didn't know why this one was. Gives him character.

I have these fellows living in my backyard (I live in Florida). Not as big as this one but just as dangerous. I'm hoping to get a good shot of one soon.
