I wasn`t sure about uploading this. It came about by accident, It`s a bit different so I know it might not appeal to most. Anybody like / don`t like? All comments welcome.
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOME PAGE
I like. It could be called 'Living Stone', too - I see all kinds of mosses and lichens growing here, covering the surface of the stone until you get this gloriously colourful patchwork of texture and colour.
Did you post this on DA first? I'm convinced I've seen this somewhere before and it is so distinctive that that seems very unlikely. I could also be highly confused. That is extremely plausible, too.
I am honoured to be listed as a friend or to see an image of mine as a favourite, but I keep lists of neither. This helps me appreciate images uploaded by strangers as well as friends. Please understand that a failure to reciprocate in kind indicates a lack of appreciation for neither gesture nor work.
Well spotted cfr, http://ianmacappin.deviantart.com I put it on there yesterday. I wasn`t sure about posting it here as didn`t think it would go down to well as it`s maybe a bit minimal. we`ll see.

Sometimes the best things come about by accident.... I should know ! LOL ! This is terrific Ian... I mean first class hon ! I hope you saved the parameters so you can play around with it some more !
A gorgeous gradient & that layered look is really well done.... & the fan variation works so well here ! Beautifully beautifully done !
i apologize for my delay in replying to all of your wonderful comments...i am busy working a couple of jobs and enjoying the last summer with my friends
I am very much becoming a fan of this type of work. I like the colours, the varigation of them and how they stand out on the black background. My only thought is that I would like to see the colours expanded a little more, kind of like they were going off the page.
