Decided to do some work on a image I captured while at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, MO while visiting my brother in May 2015.
Did the work using Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 using layers. Wanted to bring out more detail and brighten up the blossom, then on the base layer I toned down the Saturation on the background. Then using iPiccy.com to make it smaller.

An Iris is so frilly and delicate looking. The varieties are abundant and I never tire of looking at them. They say Spring and Summer with enthusiasm and how I wish for those warmer times. This is a wonderful mauvish purple one Pat. Nice work.
