Hi everyone, feeling better now but so Sick of Shoveling. Snow Storm after storm, we have more snow as of today then we did over the whole winter last year & it's only the beginning of January. We have shoveled around 3 to 4 hours every day, yesterday was the 1st time it hadn't snowed with some sun.

So please take me away from all of this white stuff.

Trusting everyone had a safe and happy Christmas & New Year's holiday.

Captured this on our trip to Alberta - May 2016 and we were sitting resting at the Calgary Zoo and directly overhead was the incoming flight paths to the airport.

Only brought out more detail.

Will try and do some commenting today, please be patient.

Have a great day, ♥ Skates

---We have shoveled around 3 to 4 hours every day---

Pat, on the one hand I like to say to you: "Be careful my friend", because your physical condition, after you've got the flu, may still not be optimal, but on the other hand I realize that one can't let grow the white stuff in your environment.

So a ticket to the tropics would be a solution. You've visualized this 'wishful thinking' perfectly. Well done again!

Nicely captured Pat - crystal clear and that red maple leaf clearly seen. Hope you are not overdoing it after your illness.

We've had our first significant snow today - about 4 inches - while it is not nearly as much as you have, it just gets in the way - book me a nice window seat - Great Capture Pat - take care and don't over exert yourself.

Good one Pat. Just now getting back into the swing and things and getting caught up with Caedes and other projects. I hadn't heard about you being ill, but you write that you're on the mend, so that's good. I have seen and heard about the winter blitz up your way and I saw all the snow you all have been getting. It was in the mid 20's when to work this morning, no snow yet but snuggled under the blank last night. Take care my friend and hope you're back to normal soon!

Take care

i know the feeling! sounds like a snow blower would be easier then a shovel...I do like to shovel the white stuff at night, late when everything is so quiet from the snow fall. other then that? we have a saying down here in Michigan about snow..."better you then us" lol of course i will regret that the next snow storm that hits.

I dont mind the snow...its this blasted cold air thats killin me! save me a seat on that plane.
