Here we are walking in my favorite place to go, taking in the beauty plus the peaceful & quiet surroundings. Are you ready to go across and adventure further along the Hub Trail?

Captured this image 2016, 12-05 (Monday Morning) after we had a heavy 15cm/6in wet snow fall. Of course since then we've had lots more of the white stuff.

Thought I'd might put this into the B/W Challenge but there is a touch of colour on the rocks, let me know what you think.

Hoping to catch up on commenting today and this evening. Been doing more of my favorite activity outside, OK the snow could stop now and there is a lot more coming today.

Thank you for your patience and comments, deeply appreciated.

Have a great day, ♥ Skates

This weekend is going to be very busy with a Skating Competition starting Saturday and of course I'll be at the rink for 2 days.

Pure white snow in this. The trail leads right onto the bridge and offers lots of depth , a lot to see on the way , great photo Pat.

I'll take your snow tonight Pat as we are supposed to be having freezing rain with ice accumulations - Yuck! This is a beautiful trail and looks great with the crystal snow.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

Great Winter capture. We got a few inches of snow here back in 1977, people were making snowmen in their front yards! I have seen a thin layer of snow and frost a few times here, no real accumulation, and it all melted by noon. Stay warm!

On the one hand beautiful, Pat, but on the other hand I'm, to a certain extent, glad that I wasn't there in person, because I'm physically not that flexible anymore as I was a couple of years ago. A matter of priority: not getting a broken leg or something like that prevails above using the advantage for such an excellent photo opportunity. I'm really glad that you were able to capture such a splendid image, so that I can enjoy this scene too.
Thanks a lot for that, my friend.
