Captured this the other morning while having my coffee of one of my squirrels that come begging for peanuts that I put out every morning. Sometimes when the peanuts are gone, they sit at the sliding door of the dining-room looking in & begging, it's funny.

This one is my buddy, he's not truly black and has a lot of brown tones in his fur, so I call him Brownie, lol. Another one of my buddies is Little Red.

Just wanted to post this to let you know I'll be off the site staring tomorrow evening for a few days, another Skating Competition in Lower Michigan.

Thank you in advance for your comments & time in advance.

Have a Great Day, ♥ Skates

Great detail and focus, Skates. I think I could count the individual hairs on his tail (if I could count that high).

Pat, think that Brownie is showing you its gratefulness by performing an acrobatic act for free while having its breakfast.

Precious shot, my friend! S+F instantly. Thanks!

Very good and well timed shot of the squirrel enjoying his treat. Never let them in even once Pat because they will always try to enter the house after that.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Very sharp detail. I can't think of the last time I shot wildlife and managed to get that glint in their eye. I'm not sure I like that the subject is centered. Seems like I took a composition class that suggested there should be some extra area shown in the direction he's looking.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
