Nicely done. This is definitely a painterly type work. Whatever equipment you hide up your sleeve certainly works well under these conditions.

Did you delete the other and repost? I swear I commented on this before. I still think it is great. I keep thinking "one if by land, two if by sea," when I look at this. Gorgeous place in the world.

I also like this one better. The rocks are a good reason to have a lighthouse. I see U actually captured something else, somewhat rare to the Oregon coast. Sunlight. LOL

Beautifully done Jen, love this seascape & have to agree with Verena, it's a real Wow. It would be great to be there listening to the crashing of the waves upon the rocks.

this is wonderful, you really caught the power of the sea somehow in this one. what an amazing place to live, while the weather is nice anyway... if the weather is rough i guess its pretty unforgiving!

To me this one is better Jen because of other lighting conditions. The background can be seen clear now, while in #1 it was hazy.
Very good post.

Jen, this is fantastic! What a wonderfully dramatic picture of this lovely lighthouse on its rocky islet. you are right about the light as well it is wonderful. The rocks look very interesting on the outcrop in front of the lighthouse. Altogether this is a wonderful shot. Faved.
