Jokulsarlon - the iceberg lagoon - flows out to sea in a pretty turbulent river, over which is a steel bridge. These terns were fishing in and around the bridge, so I spent about an hour tracking them from up on high and trying to get some decent shots. With a 300mm Tamron, this was the best I managed to get...

Wow! You got a great angle on this tern while it was airborn. I like how the sunlight shines through its wings =) Great shot!

It is a great shot! It's a little heavy on the cyan for my taste, but the overall effect is very cool and calming...so its not a bad thing. Good job.

I like the color and lighting on this one. Very nice. The way the upper part of his wing is just touched by the light, and the way the light gently illuminates the feathers at the bottom of his wing. It almost makes you feel as if you are riding atop his back, watching the world fall away beneath you. Just wonderful. Great Job! Keep up the good work!
