A view from Conwy Cob looking out over Deganwy to the Great Orme of Llandudno. The Orme has a wonderful history and has lots of intersting things dotting her sides. Apart from the section where everyone writes their names in stone on the side, there was a Coastal Artillery school and an ancient copper mine Thank you for looking

Lovely shot, Jo. this is a very familiar landmark taken from a side I don't often see. Love the colour of the water and all the boats.

Are the building mostly apartments, hotels or just big homes? Looks like they're all pretty new. Links were very informative. Love the view and the vantage point you used. The boats in the harbor makes it look quaint somehow. Colors are great. Nice photo Jo.

I love this one Jo - a very familiar site for me - I have spent many days in Llandudno. My brother-in-law had a boat docked at Deganwy once and we sailed out from there around the Orme - the wind was so strong I thought we were never coming back! lol!

...excellent capture of the Conwy Cob - love the way the boats are all facing the same way.

Many thanks to Drakaran for pointing out that I had put this in totally the wrong place initially.
