I like to answer Ted's questions above: This is the Dutch Multi-purpose frigate HNLMS 'Van Amstel' (F 831) built in Flushing, Zeeland, The Netherlands.
Her (as ships are female) armament is: -8 x Harpoon Surface to Surface missiles; -1 x 76mm anti-air/anti-surface gun; -16 x NATO Sea Sparrow Vertical Launched Surface to Air missiles; -2 x 324mm torpedo tubes MK 32; -1 x SGE-30 Goalkeeper Close-in Weapon System (CIWS); -1 x NH-90 helicopter (mainly for ASW tasks, inclusive the capability to launch torpedoes).
Because of the sign on the funnel, it's clear that she's participating here (2021) in the SNMG 1 (Standing NATO Maritime Group 1). She's probably sailing on the Western Scheldt because of a port call to or from Antwerp, Belgium.
PS: a part of the bow is painted blue ('blue nose') indicating that she has recently done Arctic operations .
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!
