I think this is a scene from the Vogon spaceships myself, though they do seem to have hired some rather good decorators - but it has that cold, brutal look to it despite the beautiful colours.
Great atmosphere to this, though the star seems just a tad bright to me - I personally find it a bit distracting, but it could also be my screen, eyes, brain or a combination of these.
