The angular silhouette of the foreground with the rocks(?), keeping the horizon off of the midpoint.. all serve to create and add some visual intrigue to your image.
The platforms on/in the water are well-placed within frame as well.
Caveats?
Nit picking here.. the focus is just a tad soft/fuzzier once you move into the right-hand side of the photo. So, not sure if this is the result of a lil' camera shake or not.
Did you use a tripod, if I may ask?
'Cause..
If this is a hand held shot.. well done. Sincerely. And in particular, given the challenging lighting conditions.

Very moody, indeed. All the sharp-edged silhouettes are a great contrast with the soft, layered clouds.
Ditto to Les's comment about a tripod. I would add using a shutter delay feature (if you have one) will eliminate any blur. The smallest motion can mess with your desire for a clean and tack-sharp photograph.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
