Glastonbury, Connecticut, USA. Foofy Friday is upon us once again. Tasty Macoun apples were once flowers, so this is my 2F posting. Enjoy! Critique welcomed.

Cauliflower, yes. Apples - I never thought - But this is a beautiful clear image and the sky behind gives it a good DOF Thad.

I have a friend who hails from Mass. and this is his favorite apple and not one we see very much of in the Midwest. I used one of your earlier apple shots as my desktop photo last weekend and this is another beauty.

I like eating them when they are flowers. You don't have to shine them on your shirt. LOL

A really fabulous shot Thad. But I'm far from convinced about the "once flowers" claim. ;~}

Thad...Your narrative makes me think that it's still raining cats and dogs in your neck of the woods because I know that your flower shots are typically fabulous. The only reason you wouldn't post a flower shot is because you couldn't get outside long enough to shoot one. Nice try. I like the apple photos.

F˛-image stands for a Foofy Friday Image, but this time for a Fruity Friday Image, Thad.
Good composition (with well chosen angle and fine colors), my friend.

Beautiful composition of the branches with, I believe, tasteful apples against the sky, delicious country scene.

Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick. Henri Cartier-Bresson

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.
