Northfield, Connecticut, USA. Thousands of narcissus, grass paths meandering among them, stone walls from farmland use decades ago, and a view on the pond down the slope to the left. Next spring, bring your camera, sketch pad, or writing journal and plan to stay awhile. Enjoy!

What a delightful way to spend quite a few hours strolling around the grounds. I'm glad you showed an image of part of the place so we can see what it looks like. Such a pleasant and peaceful scene and so many wonderful narcissi to see and snap. Nice job on this image, Thad.

This is my pick of the litter Thad. It puts everything into perspective. Beautiful sky and the rocks add so much.

A lovely view of the ridge, Thad. Looks like a beautiful place to spend the day wandering about lost in the natural beauty of the scenery.

What a glorious hillside covered in narcissus I like how a path is cleared so people can enjoy them while walking down to the pond

What a great place - it must be amazing in the spring with thousands of narcissus in bloom at once. A nice long shot.

A terrific photo, Thad! You've done a great job capturing the magic of this wonderful springtime setting. The light-blue sky and gorgeous green of the trees and hillside are beautiful, and the people and crumbling stone wall at the bottom add a great touch to this marvelous composition. Well done!
