Jamestown, Virginia, USA. Inside the palisade, archeology work in prior years have identified the burial sites of a number of those who died in the harsh early years of the settlement. With tense relations with area Indians, settlers were afraid to leave the fort, so the dead were buried there. Graves were unmarked; the crosses placed by the archaeologists to mark the grave sites. In the distance is the governors palace site, a statue of Captain John Smith, and a tractor at the site of the more recently (2010) found second church of the settlement (the first one was quite crude and used for one year).

I was going to say that that doesn't look anything like an authentic 17th century tractor, not enough legs and no horns.
A good capture of the historic site, Thad.
