Mimi this is one of the best flower shots that I have ever seen my friend. You really outdid yourself and everyone else with this one. I look forward to seeing this one on the front page.

well i've seen alot of your work and i think that this is the best photo that i've seen you take. i think that you are bloosoming with your creativity! sometimes this is all that we need. keep up the wonderful work!
Hi Mimi, this is the most perfect rose of all time!! I gave it a 10/10 and into my favorites! Also, thank you for liking "After the Rain". I love your comments, they are always so sweet! Marilyn
Ah, So that's you! Being new to the net takes some time getting to know the regulars (and experts). What a beautiful shot, and onto my desktop. Thank you!
wow..is this a photo-manip? It doesn't look quite real where the water is concerned (it's because of the straight edge on the water) but it's definitely very beautiful! :D
This is exquisite, Mimi. I only realized it was a manipulation, because it was too perfect. Just beautiful from the pink of the rose to the way you reflected it in the water.
Mimi, this is positively delightful. What wonderful imagination and foresight you have to think of it. Love the soft but nicely saturated colours and the crisp detail in the flower.
very nice compostition, I love the fx on the water, did u add some motion fx, to get it like that?, very sweet and nice :) 10/10 for me :)

Hi Marylyn. After I saw the remake of this shot and I thought to checking the original is a must. And I'am stunned by the beauty of this one. Sure this is better than the remake because its lighting is wonderful with eye soothing colors and detail. Very well done.
Just found this one in the permanent gallery where it rightfully belongs. If this be manipulation, let us all aspire to it. The reflection in the water-like substance and your title is what carries this to the limit..not discounting the perfect capture of the roses :) What an imagination you have and your creativity is unsurpassed in this glowing beauty. The serene and gentle nature which belongs to you reaches out to embrace us through this piece and thanks to your supporters who encouraged you to post this. In my faves, on my desktop. :)PJ

Another superb bloom in the water. I'm wondering if you set these up intentionally? Really nifty touch. It's natural to see water lilies in water but roses and orchids - what a concept. Very clever. The color in this one is just scrumptious with a perfect exposure. Hm, I can't decide whether I like the "sisters" standing above and cropped out or not. I almost want them in or out but not chopped off...play with it some if you like. anne :-)
I've been absent from my friends at Caedes for awhile. Have been busy shooting, writing, learning, and mostly being humbled. I'm back and I look forward to viewing and sharing again. Blessings, anne :-)
