A Rhino from the Kruger Park (but that you know by now...) We watched him for quite a while as he came strolling through the field, passed right in front of the car, then stood scratching himself against a tree about 2 - 3m from us. What a lovely and exciting experience.. and so glad I can share this with you... not far from this site, we found this Hope you’re enjoying the kick-off to this tour through this wonderful Park.

That is one big animal crossing the road. I bet you don't see them littering the highways. I imagine most people come sliding to a stop. Great post Susan.

Wow!! I can't imagine seeing this cross my road. In my neck of the woods...every redneck around would be out trying to hunt it down. Beautiful creature and an excellent capture.

Wow. They don't care about highways, do they? I don't know that I would get this close. Wonderful shot.

Whew, that's too close for me. Even his flies show up. What a weirdly constructed animal. A great photo.
