The hoarfrost covering the mountains and the heavy fog above it made for a beautiful day!

WOW!!! Simply stunning Rita. The hoarfrost covering the mountains is spectacular as is the fog!!! Quite an image you posted - the composition is spot on - the terrain and fencing with that symmetrical tree make this image breathtaking. Excellent and Awesome Photography!!!

Outstanding Rita. I like the composition in layers from the sky down to the brown earth. All very good.

From photographic point of view, to me, hoarfrost is even finer than snow Rita.
Your wonderful image is a proof of that.

Bravo, Rita. The hoar frost covering trees across the mountains, with clouds above and fog below and muted winter colors of the brown field are striking. Add the large tree and fence for depth and definition and you have a special image.

I have to look no farther for a wallpaper for the day. This is stunningly gorgeous, Rita. I love the composition with that big tree on the left side, and the beautiful frost and fog. The fence is a plus as well. Excellent work.

It almost looks like a b/w scene Rita.
I agree that hoarfrost makes for dramatic images; especially when you have a mountain to throw in.

Absolutely beautiful. Lovely composition, well balanced and with lovely subtle tones and colours. It's good when the light gods play nice once in a while, even better if you happen to be there and take a photo!!!
