What's special about this place, apart from the view, is that it's man-made. All the land under the cliffs is spoil dug out from under the sea during the creation of the Channel Tunnel. It's near Dover and the cliff is thought to have been Shakespeare's inspiration for a scene in King Lear. This comes with apologies for my reduced contribution on Caedes. I have a new job :-) and a lot less spare time :-(

All the elements seem to come together to make this a great photo - the sky , the hill, path and sheep, not to mention the sea.
Perfect clarity and perspective.

This is a Lord of the ring like photo. There seems to be a battle with Orcs about to begin over there. I like the Z composition. The cliff itself is awesome, the cloudy blue sky and the road add a lot. Nicely done!
