I love the deep blue of the autumn sky and decided this half harvested cornfield would make a nice walk for an autumn's day while still waiting for the trees to get dressed in their Fall Attire!! Am I pacing? **checks watch**

I have to agree with you about the colour of the sky, and the walk route. I love to hear the whispers that corn make in the breeze. WOnderful capture PJ, just the kind of place that I would take a walk.

Maybe this should be subtitled 'waiting for a fall' ;-) I'm glad to see you're not just filling in time though, this is lovely with some very nice elements. My favourite is the row of fluffy clouds off left above the trees. You've put this together beautifully. Congrats.

Looks like late summer with the corn stalks starting to wither. I always love the look of those massive corn fields symbolizing food for lots of people. Beautiful scene and beautiful shot, PJ.
