This was taken on Color Sunday on the Grand Mesa a couple of years ago. I especially like the lake in the background. Comments, are welcome and thanks for all of them Steve

It's a beautiful sight, Steve. I cropped out the sky, added some contrast and saturation, and the colour really stands out.And the lake becomes much more of a focal point. What a great spot. All those hardwoods, amongst the evergreens.
You'll be surprised at the separation of colours, a bit of contrast, makes. Be happy to send you my interpretation, if you're interested. ----

Beautiful capture! The lake serves especially well for a focal point, as snapshooter mentions above. Hope you'll ask to see what Doug can do about the slight haze. Well done!

beautiful picture!! Nature is full of amazing colors isn't it? The colors are amazing and I love how the green trees just sprout out in little bits among the yellows...I love it...good job!! :)
