This is a rework of my original Funky Fungus image. I never was totally satisfied with the color and lighting, or the positioning of the first one. It was cropped from my original capture. I reworked the contrast and gamma and sharpened it a bit in Zoom Browser Ex and Photofiltre. I feel it's a big improvement over my first upload. Yes, no, maybe? All comments are welcome and appreciated.

Great rework, Larry...I much prefer the darker coloring especially with the subject matter...great texture still evident too.

Thanks everybody! I feel I'm pretty amateurish when it comes to photography. I'm still learning what a good photograph should be and how to best present it.
