Just mucking around clearing the mind and mucking around with yours. So lets say your a flat lander one of the rivets how many dimensions can you see? and how many orbs ;o)
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
My head is certainly not on the same level as yours, so I will pass on the guess, but for certain, can tell you that this one heck of creation. :) tigs=^..^=
I guess 3 dimensions, unless you count time as the 4th Rob. Surely there is but one orbit. For some reason this makes me want some eggs for supper. Cool!

I see 8 dimensions and 4 orbs!!! Don't know if that is the correct answer, but I do know that I like this image and the color palette you used!!! Cool and awesome post Rob!!!
Gee Rob, as if my mind isn't already a little messy at the moment, lol...will have to get back to you if I come up with an answer...meantime, very thought-provoking and 'out of the box' creation.
Rob, I see now that you're on the 'illusionist' tour, but I'm so sorry that my screen has only two dimensions: width and height. I then put green/red colored 3D glasses on my nose but that did not change the situation. I've stopped the show as, with these glasses, it's a ridiculous view. Makes me mad as well, lol.

Your mucking around is of a professional standard I would not know we're to start to create a piece this beautiful and your compstion is oustsnding Rob.I love the colours and ghost effect you use and the light effect is suoerb as well.
The flat lander would see in two dimensions and be unable to see the orbs. Unless he's a crazy Dutchman and then it depends on how many beer he's had before dinner. I've never seen blue-yolked eggs before, must be the latest in designer cuisine. And were you testing to see if it was hot enough to fry an egg? Good work, Rob.
