Behold the blues! This is a true eye catcher. Very good contrast between the light and dark areas. The area of trees is nicely placed Russ - and the low lying glowing clouds are a definite plus to the image. Nice starlit sky and the bird is enjoying his freedom. The blues in this landscape help proclaim the wild blue yonder. Very well done work!

This is really beautiful. Outstanding combination of well rendered elements. The effect suggests calm, but it feels like the calm of waiting, watching. The colours are superb and it has a mythical sense to it. I can imagine this as a scene from one of Marion Zimmer Bradley's Darkover novels.

This type of panorama usually doesn't appeal to me. There is a subtle ease to the image that lacks the superfantastical or cutsiness of other overviews with raptor. This is so serene Just love it.
