This is a raw photo of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains that I was messing with in Photoshop. All I've done, using the pen tool, is create a curvy object that is layered over the top and uses the layer blend of "exclusion". The effected area reminded me of an interplanetary landscape. I welcome your feedback and thoughts.

It's an interesting image. It's odd how at first it looks as though the two parts match up until I realized I was mistaking clouds for mountains. It's a nice idea though. I just wish I had the first clue about how to use PS for image creation as opposed to manipulation. I like blue and yellow too. A nice combination.
