the bells neck harwich conservation area on cape cod, massachusetts... I risked brambles and underbrush getting this one... and I had to check myself and my clothing thoroughly for deer ticks when I got home... southwestern massachusetts is prime Lyme Disease territory... it's always something....;-)))

Did you say deer ticks or Dear, Tick. I'm confused. I promise I did nothing to your clothing. What a great photo. I love the silhouettes and the sun peeking through the trees. The water gives it such a healthy feeling, so forget the Lyme Disease. Just a great one, Mary.

Deer (hunter) Tick

Edit: Oh now I'm dangerous!!!!!

What bliss this one is. Thank you for risking life and limb to take it. Yes indeed, do be careful of those deer ticks.

Beautiful capture of this sunset. I love how you have composed this one with the branches in front, very nice.

Another beauty from you! The colors and rising sun's reflection are great. And, I like the effect of looking thru the branches.

A quietly serene shot, with the angular branches framing it so well. Very nice work, Mary, and deer-tick free we hope!

In my opinion there are to many branches in this picture. Less is more. But a fantastic sunset with nice colors.

I like how the branches add to the effect of the sunset. Where you in a boat when you took this?
