Here's something way different for me, but I was really taken by it's abstract nature. Full screen view is best. Hope you enjoy! Thank you in advance for all views and comments! :) Critiques are also very much appreciated. Lori

Somewhat like a broken mirror reflecting a forest. Wonderfully abstract and interesting.

I neither understand the title nor know how you made this. But I love both. If there are such things as emerald mines, this is what I hope they look like.

Do I detect Johann Sebastian Bach somewhere in that title? If so, a beautiful connection with each of those spikes possibly being the inner works of a piano. All in Capriccio in E Major. Wonderfully put together, Lori.

There were several paintings in one of my art history books from college that are so much like this image it's scary. I just wish I could remember the artist's name. I've said a number of times before, while commenting on your submissions, Lori, that they reminded me of classical art. This one produces that feeling more than any so far. It gives me a sense of singularity (the floating globe) lost in a sea of repetition (the shattered wall), slowly searching for a way out. Your work and a number of the other fractalists' work, here on Caedes, is definitely art, in the purest sense. I keep thinking a way for you to make a living at it will occur to me. I'll be sure to let you know when it does. In the meantime, I'm saving and faving this beauty. You know that green is my favorite color.
