Now how many captures of lili pads do we have on this site, Ted? How many? Enough to support a battleship? But yours HAS to be different. You have to go and capture what looks like a Japanese Zero making a banked turn to drop a bomb on me. And then there are those beautiful reflections of the lilies in the water that are far superior to most. And then there are those beautiful pink lilies. Noooooooo, you have to be different with your composition and cause it to stand out from the "crowd". Well......nicely done.
By the way, why don't you drag this photo through an editor and hang some "outriggers" on that dragon fly and pass him off as a B-52?

I am still extremely busy with projects but hopefully things should slow down by the end of the summer. Please know that I appreciate you all and will stop by and visit your images as often as I can. My best to all my friends.
Sincerely,
Carrie
I didn't see the dragonfly in the thumnail and only saw after I brought the image up. Wow! I would think that if you stopped it down just a bit more, perhaps the petals would stand out a little more. Nice shot.
