I don't know how they put such a shine on some of these planes but it is very dramatic. Looking at this photo gives everyone something to reflect on, not just the sky. I'll stop this series for now.

Hubby says "aircraft polish", Ted. They use it on the planes at AmerAir. Very well shot and composed. Love the reflections and we're enjoying all of these images! - Patty

I thought they used "spit polish". Really a nice image Ted. Why stop the series here? I could look at aircraft photos all day.

The name ChuPat is derived from my nickname Chuck and my wife of 34 years name Patti. Her photography will appear on Caedes as well from time to time.

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

It is just great how people treat their airplanes, and surely the Mustang deserves such a shiny treathment.
I have no clue eihter how they do make it shine like this.
I see 6 kills, is this original ? Sorry to hear you stop with this series, they are the best pictures ever. But if i can not change your mind, i want to thank you for sharing the ones you did, they where great shots, good action, and very vividly colored.
I have checked all sections of the link from your site you gave, i just hope you will update and continue your postings from Oshkosh overthere.

Hans.

I wonder what that polish would do on the chrome on my toaster?? Somebody thinks this is their baby. That's cool!
