Took this shot at the zoo awhile back and i'm afraid I don't know what the unique looking fella is but thought he was neat and seems to have some hair going on there. Lol! ♥:)sandi♥

I think it's a Rogaine Hairagrowus. They are friends with the Bald Eagle. This one looks more alert than any I've ever seen. You really did a good job capturing him. Very nice post. It's not a Buschacarus because it doesn't have ears.
