Another bird capture taken through the closed window, with the lens against the glass.

ISO 400 WB sunny RAW Manual Mode Canon 70-200mm f/4L USM lens with the kenko DGX 1.4X converter.

You can see a previous posting of this same kind of woody by clicking here

Thanks for the comments my friends.

I removed "Gazebo In White" sorry but not up to par.

First Mr. McDuck and now the White Gazebo, Tigz. You must quit using that invisible ink in your editing. At least your friend Ol Lead Belly, I mean Red Belly showed up for a good pose.

This one (the bird) is very slightly overexposed, Sandi. Try 1 click of (-)Brightness near the left end of the tool bar.
It's minor, but noticeable up the center of it's back, and the neck and head area.

A very vibrant colors on this guy. He looks a little over saturated though.

His feathers look like a checker board up close. He is such a pretty bird, but then they all are. I can't imagine holding my lens to the window. I know that I would be fairly shaky, but it seems that you have mastered such a technique and to great advantage. Wonderful shot, Tigs.

We don't have that wonderful Woodies over here. Probably because our feeders aren't filled that rich, lol.
Tanks for another wonderful one, Sandi.

Don't ask me why, but I like the previous post better Sandi. I like the background of this one the best but as for the bird itself the previous is better. Got that?...lol
