I have been trying, and trying to get one of the cardinal, and finally pulled it off.

I decided to crop off a bit of the tail, because I did not like that some of feeder showed.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

Great shot with nice color and clarity. Also good depth in this shot too.

Sandi, think it's waiting (probably with a full stomach, ☺) for its appointment.
The off-centered position has enhanced this feeling.
Very good and well timed 'portrait', my friend.

A splendid shot in all respects Sandi.
I love these little red birds although I have never seen one in reality.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Offsetting him really gives a good sense of isolation.
