Saturday I visited the Chicago Botanical Garden for the first time! The orchid dispay was huge! I did use the Nikon D500 with the Nikkor 105 lens. I did take some with the phone too, but thought it time to use the DSLR.

I know how spectacular their orchid show is Sandi - you don't where to turn the camera next! This is a save and fave for me - beautiful lighting and nice detail -kudos!

Beautifully set against the dark background. Orchids are not a favourite of in but I make an exception for this beauty !
