Sandi, this is a cutie. I understand that you've felt in love with this 'sweetie pie'. Your title give me the indication that it has won the first price at the dog show, If this wouldn't be so, think there would be some doubts about the competence of the jury, 😁 ! Lovely portrait of this champion.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

That pose, that fluffy fur, the solid beady wee eyes... he's so perfect he almost doesn't look real... almost. An extremely pleasing capture, Sandi, bringing me back to my youth when for years a neighbor's Pom (named Toni) would almost daily make her rounds through the neighborhood, to those homes and families she knew, to give a little scratch and a yip at the door, to which we would open the door and she would walk around, visiting each person in the house for a while, then give a yip to be let out to continue on her rounds... pound for pound, a very special wee dog). Thanks for the memories.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
