Our friend, who passed away over the weekend, was an avid volunteer for years at the Chicago Botanic Garden. So yesterday morning, prior to going to her funeral and Shiva(a Jewish wake) we visited the garden and their winter orchid show - we could feel her with us at this special place. This is a shot of a stalk of cymbidiums catching some sunlight from above.
