Loved this very unusual holiday decoration - the picture does not capture the size well - the deer was about a foot tall and long.

Without your narrative it wouldn't have been easy to determine the size of this wonderful Christmas decoration.
By its size I suppose that it's starving somewhat. Hope however that it won't consume all the lush green Christmas tree branches, ☺ .
